I support people through change, interpersonal conflict, and healing.

I work 1:1 with clients in conflict coaching, mind-body coaching (somatic practice), and yoga therapy capacities. I support teams and groups in workplace settings through conflict coaching, embodied conflict resolution, somatic resourcing, and facilitation. I work with a trauma-responsive approach. I am committed to de-colonizing my mind, body, and spirit.

I have been fortunate to work in the NGO and nonprofit sector for over 20 years. I have learned that when we are connected to our self-aware, reflexive, humble, and more peaceful selves we can be more skillful in our social justice, de-colonization, climate, and conflict transformation work.

I live on the unceded territory  the land, waters, and watersheds - of the Anishinaabe and Omàmìwininìwag (Algonquin) peoples.

My personal practice has been an ongoing journey of becoming more self-aware and lighthearted. Over 25 years of practice, I have come to deeply appreciate the choices I have to live with integrity, to be of service in society, and to live as part of, and not separate from, Nature. I offer a space to pause, digest, and integrate. Feeling our body experience is prioritized over thinking about our body experience. My practices are breath-filled, grounding, and calming. I offer a trauma-informed space where students have an opportunity to feel safe to be themselves and enjoy their practice.
